Social Media Coordinator, Part Time

My Content Co is seeking the skill set of a Social Media Marketing Coordinator in the Baltimore/DC area. This person will be responsible for writing witty and engaging content for our clientele. Familiarity with social media marketing etiquette, including the proper use of hash tags, is a must. This position is perfect for anyone who has recently graduated college and is looking for something that could become full-time after the internship.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring multiple social media channels
  • Posting creative and engaging content regularly
  • Responding to messages and reviews as necessary
  • Keeping track of new client requests as they come in

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of social media experience, or degree in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and switch focus between clients as needed
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Experience working with Canva a plus
  • A desire to get creative and have fun!


Project Manager, Full Time

The project manager is in charge of running each client’s account efficiently. While in this role, you would act as a liaison between your client and the creative team, communicating the client’s needs clearly and effectively. You would work closely with your team to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. The project manager plans, documents and oversees all aspects of the projects for which he/she is responsible.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard all new clients, learning and understanding client goals and setting up a schedule that coincides with those goals
  • Create and execute project plans, including deadlines, status updates, approval and final delivery
  • Communicate work needed, client goals, edits and concerns to creative team so that additional work can be done to produce a satisfactory final product
  • Keep track of all client information and schedules to ensure that every project is on-task
  • Work directly with each client, acting as a liaison between client and creative team

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely most of the time, and meet in an office setting once each week
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or working to complete one
  • Demonstrate experience in planning, organizing and executing projects of varying priority and delivering them within specified timeframes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, so that messages are on-point and never lost in translation
  • An ability to jump from one project to the next to keep up with changing priorities
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on marketing
Graphic Designer, Part Time

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer in the Baltimore/DC area. You’re the one creating engaging websites, email newsletters and social media graphics. You’ll be responsible for adding the creative flair needed to complete our clients’ branding visions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics and layouts to be used for websites and email campaigns
  • Communicate with Project Managers
  • Complete basic WordPress website builds

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong WordPress and CSS knowledge preferred, basic knowledge required
  • A desire to get creative and have fun!
Full-time Account Sales Rep
Denver CO

My Content Co is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on new business-to-business account development in the Denver Metro area. Responsibilities include meeting and setting appointments with prospects and presenting the My Content Co brand in a networking capacity. My Content Co provides thorough sales training, which includes product knowledge, mentorship, sales process and business development strategies. Ideal candidates are outgoing, personable and comfortable working in a sales environment.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with new clients
  • Identifying new markets
  • Bring in leads
  • Sign up new customers and meeting sales goals

Skills:

  • Be comfortable dealing with different product lines
  • Be able to work within and be knowledgeable in the marketing industry

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associates Degree and/or relevant work experience

Experience:

Qualifications:

Part Time Copywriter
Laurel MD

My Content Co is currently seeking a deadline-oriented, part-time content writer to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can generate content for clients across different industries. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multi-task, research different brands and identify relevant topics for clients based on industry and mission. The ideal candidate would effectively demonstrate an ability to be creative when necessary to come up with new ideas for content for our client brands.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible with the opportunity to work remote

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to learn client content goals
  • Research client companies, products and industries to develop relevant marketing content
  • Writing and editing effective marketing copy, to include blogs and newsletters, for different client brands
  • Brainstorming and researching topics to create original, thought-provoking content

Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong Writing and Proofreading Skills
  • Must work well with deadlines
  • Ability to work & collaborate with remote team members
  • Excellent attention to detail when communicating both in writing and verbally

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associates Degree and/or relevant work experience

Experience:

  • Entry level

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year professional office experience
